Valence Health, Inc. offers providers, health plans and risk bearing organizations, such as provider sponsored networks and IPAs, a wide selection of products and services geared toward providing Valence clients operational excellence and the competitive edge. Synergy Construction Group is proud to partner with this growing company for a series of phase construction/renovation projects at their location at 600 West Jackson in Chicago. Scope included design-build, consulting and general contracting services within the existing building to maximize the efficiency of the space. Phase I was completed in 2010 and consisted of full demolition of the 7th floor space and construction of a new, modern office environment including upgraded and energy efficient MEP system. Phase Two, consisting of 5,800 SF was a renovation completed in the first quarter of 2011.
The Phase 3 for the 4th floor consisting of 12,500 SF of vacant space was completed in September, 2011. The Burnham designed building originally was constructed for Otis Elevator in the early 1900’s and construction parameters consisting of existing elevated floor with clay piece infill posed unusual leveling constraints. Work included new private offices, conference rooms and reception.
Synergy is continuing our partnership in Corpus Christi, Texas with a 40,000 SF start-up of a call center for Valence in conjunction with Driscoll Hospital.
