South Shore Hospital is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to providing the highest quality of healthcare possible to the South Shore Community. Synergy Construction Group maintains an on-going relationship with Facility Engineers, Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) Consultants and Proteus Architects to provide guaranteed maximum price solutions and value engineering elements to projects within and around the hospital and off site facilities. We are currently in the midst of a 5,000 SF renovation of the hospital’s warehouse and receiving area. Existing dock and receiving will be demolished to make way for a more efficient dock and staging area and renovation will also include expansion of the warehousing facility.

Our on-going relationship has ranged from exterior masonry, revising concrete sidewalks and stairwell reconfigurations to interior installation of fire/smoke dampers, and doors, frames and hardware for complicated areas such as x-ray rooms, dialysis, and pharmacy.
