Ravenswood Senior Housing

Synergy Construction Group partnered with Warn Jerabek and Leopardo to execute a very complex adaptive reuse project. We transformed a 190,000 square foot hospital into 194 units of senior housing. This cast in place structure was added on with a 4 story addition as well as a complete gut renovation. From roof, façade and complete mechanicals, the entire campus was improved to exceed todays design and energy standards. This project included a vertical subdivision where 75 units were affordable CHA senior units while the remainder were supportive senior living. CHA, IHDA tax credits and private financing included MBE, WBE and city requirements for labor.
