Synergy Construction Group partnered with Spoke architects to provide a fast track adaption and reuse of an old industrial building to accommodate chiropractic offices, locker rooms, showers, and gym amenities in this 7,500 sf location. The mezzanine level construction to offices was uniquely challenging as well as providing all new MEP systems in such a short time frame.
