ICNC

Chicago, IL

Located in the Kinzie Street Industrial area, ICNC (Industrial Council of Nearwest Chicago) was created from a need to join together and protect the interests of business and continues that work today as a premier not-for-profit institution. ICNC is the owner-manager of the 100 year old, 410,000 SF Fulton-Carroll Center Incubator, home to over 100 small businesses. Synergy Construction was hired to transform ICNC offices in this existing manufacturing loft space into a functional and appealing work environment.

Scope of work encompassed a full build-out which included installation of new storefront, sandblasting the existing interior wood deck above, new full height drywall partitions, installing new exposed MEP/FP ductwork, new lighting, casework, carpet and paint.

This design-build project was completed within a very strict schedule and tight budget constraints.
