Caris is a faith-based counseling services center specializing in meeting the unique emotional and practical needs of women facing unplanned pregnancies. Synergy Construction Group is assisting Caris in completing their latest facility in the Loop at 111 North Wabash.

Synergy Construction converted the raw 5,000 SF space into a warm, inviting and comforting space for the Caris staff and women seeking a safe environment to share their unique emotional needs. The space includes counseling, rooms, labs, an ultra-sound room and conference room completed with a moveable partition and A/V fit out. MEP upgrades to the new space included addition of a 20 ton air handling unit to supplement the base building HVAC system. To afford their clients total privacy, SCG installed a “pink noise” system to create pleasant masking sounds. The Caris space boasts two private washrooms and a full kitchen. Custom millwork was commissioned to support the functionality of counseling areas, conference rooms and reception.
