Synergy Construction Group teamed up with Noble Charter Schools to help with summer remodeling of one of their premier charter prep schools in Chicago. DRW is a historical building which was originally part of the Sears & Roebuck complex. We worked on protecting the museum type setting and finding ways to make the improvements match the current setting.

The main project was to change the configuration of some classrooms and add some new doorways along with changing walls to create new classrooms. The scope involved demolition, framing, electrical work, drywall and painting.
