Synergy Construction Group was awarded a ground up build for a tofu manufacturer on the north side of Chicago, Construction included the removal and replacing of 7 structural steel columns, a thermoplastic polyolefin roof, and the design and build of a new MEP system. The job was completed in less than a year and included increasing the sewer and water connection at the street.
