Mt. Carmel High School

Mount Carmel High School partnered with Synergy Construction Group to complete a multi-phase facility improvement program that enhanced student life, athletic performance, and critical campus infrastructure. The project included the adaptive reuse of the existing student center into a modern Student Arts Center designed to support creative, collaborative, and media-focused learning. New spaces, including an art lab, editing suite, music room, podcast studio, and student café, transformed the facility into a dynamic hub for student engagement and expression.

In addition to the Student Arts Center, Synergy reconfigured the existing wrestling room and library to create a larger, more functional training facility that better supports Mount Carmel’s renowned athletic program. The project also included significant HVAC, water service, and fire sprinkler system upgrades that improved building performance, safety, and long-term reliability. Executed within an active educational environment, each phase required careful coordination to minimize disruption while maintaining schedule and quality standards. The completed improvements demonstrate Synergy’s ability to modernize existing facilities, maximize the value of existing space, and deliver construction solutions that support both educational excellence and long-term campus growth.
