Neurologic & Orthopedic Hospital

Chicago, IL

Neurological Center ConstructionNeurologic and Orthopedic Hospital (NOHC) was an eight-story hospital with approximately 200,000 SF of hospital services located on Chicago’s northwest side. NOHC had 10 operating rooms, 52 medical/surgical beds, 15 rehabilitation beds, and 18 intensive care beds. For the past 12 years, our staff routinely performed a variety of construction services throughout the facility within such specialty areas as the MRI, CT and X-Ray imaging suite, stereotactic radiosurgery suite (Gamma Knife), and neuro angiography suite (Siemen’s Biplane).

In 2009 the NOHC closed its doors and the doctors merged with NorthShore University HealthSystem. Synergy Construction Group has continued this successful NOHC relationship with NorthShore University HealthSystem in meeting their on-going construction needs.
