SCG provided full interior finish work for the upgrade of two bathrooms and multi tenant corridors for the building management, Mark IV Realty. The scope included full renovation and ADA upgrades for sinks, vanities, floors, toilet fixtures, and partitions as well as new flooring and lighting. Common corridors included ceiling, carpet, new lighting and life safety upgrades. Also included in the scope of work was replacement of two outdated RTU’s which were removed and new units installed on the roof with the use of a crane. Work was performed within a constrained site and during off hours.
