Synergy Construction Group partnered with Space Architects to renovate this existing tenant space into a new designer showroom for Ethan Allen furniture. Careful coordination was required to ensure the existing loft elements were salvaged and enhanced to serve as a backdrop for the new layout and furniture features showcased in this new space.
