5 Unit Condo Building Development

Synergy Construction Group completed new construction of a 5-unit condominium building totaling 10,000 SF of livable space, a separate garage structure and multiple exterior entertainment areas. The building structure was a combination of concrete foundation and grade beams, CMU block, select steel framework and wood floor truss construction. The exterior of the building was brick, rain screen systems and glass wall systems. Interior finishes included semi-custom kitchen and bathroom cabinets, Bosch appliances, oak hardwood floors, custom millwork and trim and wiring for audio and video.
