For 42 years, BUILD (Broader Urban Involvement and Leadership Development) has worked in some of Chicago’s toughest neighborhoods to stem violence in our communities. The BUILD Headquarters located on Harrison Street on the west side of Chicago started as a small interior renovation, but quickly grew to a broader scope of work after inspections were not up to City of Chicago owners codes.

In order to provide a safe environment of our community’s youth, Synergy not only renovated the interior finishes, we also introduced a new energy efficient HVAC system, put in an electrical upgrades and modernized plumbing systems and finishes.
