When loans from American Enterprise Bank went the way of the economy, they hired Synergy Construction Group to manage their assets and maximize their value. Synergy provided financial due diligence demonstrating the value created in finishing the project and renting/selling the units rather than taking a substantial loss and selling to a random developer.

Before this could happen there were several challenges associated with the building permits and zoning. This project had a municipal stop work order which had to be resolved before any additional construction or modification could continue. Upon resolution of the violations, Synergy Construction Group will work to improve the property with the goal to sell or rent the units to maximize the investment return.
