Michael Pinelli co-founded general contracting and construction management firm Synergy Construction Group in 2010 and serves as Partner. In his role, Michael focuses on developing long-term strategic initiatives, building customer relationships, identifying and executing business opportunities and managing the full development and construction lifecycle to ensure customer satisfaction.

Michael has spent over 20 years in the general contracting, construction management and design build services space as manager and partner. Throughout his tenure, Michael has consistently completed projects on time and delivered results within budget for a solid, repeat client base. His industry experience spans Public Institutional, Healthcare, Tenant improvement and Mixed Use/Adaptive Use and Multi Family Construction.

An Illinois native, Michael attended Mount Carmel High School and Bradley University , where he earned a BS in Construction Engineering with a minor in Business Management. Michael and his family reside in Bucktown where all the action is.
