Community First Bank is a chartered, full service financial institution focused on bringing financial solutions to individuals, owner-operator businesses and not-for-profit organizations. Their approach is a solution-based, no hassle, highly personal approach to banking. When loans first went the way of a declining economy, Community First retained Synergy Construction Group to help manage existing assets to realize their maximum value. Synergy provided financial due-diligence and created value for this asset by completing the project.
Scope of work included identification of severe water penetration issues through thermal imaging techniques and completed exterior envelope repairs to achieve a water tight structure. Upon completion of these repairs, Synergy Construction Group worked with Community First to manage the asset to rent/sell units.
