Synergy Construction Group completed a comprehensive renovation and interior modernization of an occupied senior living community, enhancing resident accommodations, shared amenities, and critical support spaces while maintaining uninterrupted daily operations. The project required meticulous planning, phased construction scheduling, and ongoing coordination with facility staff to ensure a safe, comfortable environment for residents throughout the renovation process.

The scope of work included upgraded flooring, fresh finishes, modern lighting, acoustical ceiling improvements, and new countertops throughout common areas, corridors, skilled nursing units, and staff support spaces.
