Synergy Construction Group partnered with Zoom Room on its relocation from Ashland Avenue to Bucktown’s bustling Elston Avenue corridor, transforming an existing commercial space into a specialized indoor dog training and socialization facility. Located within a mixed-use residential and commercial development, the project required careful coordination to minimize disruption to neighboring tenants while delivering a space tailored to Zoom Room’s unique operational needs.

The buildout included reinforced washable wall systems, shock-absorbent agility flooring, specialized plumbing for dog wash stations and drainage, and upgraded electrical and technology infrastructure to support audiovisual systems and interactive training programs. The completed facility provides a safe, durable, and welcoming environment for dogs and their owners, while dedicated on-site parking significantly improves convenience for the urban pet parents who rely on Zoom Room’s services.
