Synergy Construction Group partnered with YogaSix to deliver six boutique fitness studios across the Chicagoland market, including Geneva, Hyde Park, Oak Park, Southport, Downers Grove, and Naperville. Each project transformed an existing commercial space into a modern hot yoga and wellness destination, requiring specialized construction solutions and meticulous coordination to meet the demands of temperature-controlled fitness environments. The comprehensive buildouts included state-of-the-art heated yoga studios, welcoming reception and retail areas, locker and restroom facilities, staff support spaces, and upgraded mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems designed to support heated yoga programming and optimal member comfort.
