South Loop Montessori School

Synergy Construction Group partnered with Atul Karkhanis Architects to renovate existing office space on second floor to allow expansion of existing school. Work was phased during construction to allow occupancy and included building addition to accommodate new stairwell. The existing school was renovated as well, and the overall multi-tenant building was occupied throughout entire process.
