Synergy Construction Group renovated existing retail spaces in busy high-rise buildings in the heart of Chicago to expand MoJo Coffee’s footprint beyond their beginnings in New Zealand. Both locations presented construction challenges with coordinating existing building systems and proximity to busy entry lobby areas.
