The facility on 7000 W Cermak in Berwyn was the 4th completed project. The project consisted of fully demolishing the interior existing tenant space in the retail center to build out a community room, exam rooms, and nurses station.
The scope of work included new plumbing, electric and mechanical upgrades, full sprinkler system, new roof, new storefront system and FA System.
