Beltone

Beltone, a global leader in hearing care, partnered with Synergy Construction Group to consolidate its operations from a 49,000-square-foot suburban campus into a new 7,000-square-foot headquarters at 656 W. Randolph Street in Chicago’s West Loop. Completed in July 2024, the renovation transformed a historic loft space into a modern, highly collaborative workplace that also serves as an inviting and accessible environment for clients.

Working closely with Beltone, the Synergy team developed a barrier-free workplace designed to seamlessly support both corporate operations and patient-focused services. The design balances flexibility, functionality, and accessibility while preserving the original brick-and-beam character of the building’s early 20th-century warehouse architecture. The completed project demonstrates Synergy’s ability to reimagine historic spaces into customized environments that align with a client’s brand, enhance day-to-day operations, and support long-term growth.
