Joe’s on Weed Street

Joe’s Bar on Weed Street has been an iconic tavern and sports bar servicing Country Music fans in Chicago for over 20 years. Synergy Construction Group recently broke ground to add on a one story masonry structure which will be home to an off track betting parlor. The new addition will also include a roof top patio for added mingling opportunities during the summer months.

This 5,253 SF addition will sit adjacent to the existing 14,100 SF Joe’s Bar and will include an off track wagering facility, VIP rooms, offices, toilet rooms and open dining/wagering areas to accommodate approximately 300 people. Completion date is anticipated April 30, 2012.
